Terms of service

All orders placed on our online website are binding and paid for by credit card, all major credit cards are accepted.

As soon as we receive your order we will process it and dispatch as quickly as possible, typically within 3-5 days.

We will remain responsible for the shipping of your order to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Any non-delivery must be reported to us within 7 days of placing your order unless we have contacted you to make prior arrangements.

Your order should arrive in good condition, however, if for some reason it does not and or there is a broken item, it is your responsibility (the customer) to report that to us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

Any claims for non-delivery or damaged items cannot be accepted by Spearhead & Company after 14 days of delivery in accordance with the online shipping standards policy.

Any item that is received damaged, broken or incorrect will be replaced.
Spearhead & Company will cover the cost of replacement when it is our fault.

Spearhead & Company will not accept returned goods on the basis that a customer does not like the item, or decides that it is not needed etc. Customers are responsible to double-check their orders and be sure it is accurately entered.
