A very Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Industrial Vintage style Swinging Seat wall bracket 
This allows the seat to be kept by the wall when not in use and extended out 90 degrees away from the wall when in use.  The kit comprises;
1  x  Wall Mount Bracket (fixings not included)
1  x  Large swinging Arm
1  x  12" long Screw thread Rod with a flat top, seat plate 
1  x  Large screw thread Nut
1  x  Shroud Cover Cap

The size of the wall fixing plate is approx. 4" wide x 6" high x 3" out
The Arm extends approx. 12" out from the wall to the Centre - (so a 12" seat top will extend another 6" from there)
with adjustable height swivel top plate to add your own wooden seat top.
